1. We will employ a licensed well driller of our choice to construct a new well on any property purchased from us.

2. Well depth to be determined by driller to produce a GOOD domestic well in his/her opinion.
          (typical wells are expected to be between 200 and 400 ft. deep)

3. A $1,900 down payment is required for each well*.

4. Your well cost and payments will be based upon the depth of your well, as follows:
          Any depth up to 250 ft:  $7,900 (including down payment) $55/month.
          From 250 ft to 325 ft:  $10,400 (including down payment) $75/month.
          Any depth over 325 ft:  $12,900 (including down payment) $100/month.

5. Other Information:

Included:  new 5-inch PVC casing perforated and gravel-packed at the bottom and with the top protected by a steel outer sleeve and seal; sales tax.  

Not included:  pump, motor or pressure system, permit (you  apply to NM St Engr at cost of $125 -- not difficult).

Location on the property to be mutally agreed upon by you and us.

Installation to be completed within approximately 90 days after we receive the executed contract and down payment.

Guaranteed for one year provided it is only used for single-family residential purposes and permitted volumes.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend this offer at any time.

* Payments for well are in addtion to payments for land (and other improvements, if any).
   Example (prices will vary, depending upon price of your land and depth of your well):
      land purchase = $500 down, $230/mo.
      well, if included = $1,900 down, $55/mo.
      pump, if included = $700 down, $40/mo.
      septic, if included = $500 down, $35/mo.
  Total example for land, well, pump and septic = $3,600 down, $360/mo.

If you would like to purchase land from us now, but add improvements later:  We will, within 2 years of your purchase, add any or all of these improvements at our then published prices and terms.  Please ask us for this option at time of your purchase.
