1. We will employ a licensed well driller of our choice to construct a new well on any property purchased from us.

2. Well depth to be determined by driller to produce a GOOD domestic well in his/her opinion.
          (typical wells are expected to be between 200 and 300 ft. deep)

3. A $500 down payment is required for each well*.

4. Your well cost and payments will be based upon the depth of your well, as follows:
          Any depth up to 220 ft:  $4,400 (including down payment) $37/month.
          From 221 ft to 260 ft:  $5,100 (including down payment) $44/month.
          From 261 ft to 300 ft:  $5,800 (including down payment) $51/month.
          Any depth over 300 ft:  $6,500 (including down payment) $57/month.

5. Other Information:

Included:  new 5-inch PVC casing perforated and gravel-packed at the bottom and with the top protected by a steel outer sleeve and seal; permit fee; sales tax.  

Not included:  pump, motor or pressure system.

Location on the property to be mutally agreed upon by you and us.

Installation to be completed within 60 days after we receive the executed contract and down payment.

Guaranteed for two years provided it is only used for permitted volumes.

* Payments for well are in addtion to payments for land (and other improvements, if any).
   Example (prices will vary, depending upon price of your land and depth of your well):
      land purchase = $500 down, $190/mo.
      well, if included = $500 down, $37/mo.
      pump, if included = $600 down, $19/mo.
      septic, if included = $300 down, $27/mo.
  Total example for land, well, pump and septic = $1,900 down, $273/mo.
