1. We will employ a licensed contractor of our choice to install a new pump, motor and pressure system in a well on any property purchased from us.

2. The cost of the pump, motor and pressure system will be added to your contract as follows:

3/4 h.p. motor (for well depths up to 200 feet):  $3,900 ($700 down, $40/month).*
1 h.p. motor (for well depths up to 300 feet):  $4,500 ($700 down, $45/month).*

1-1/2 h.p. motor (for well depths over 300 feet):  $5,200 ($700 down, $50/month).*

3. Other Information:

Included:  47-gallon pressure tank set near well on 3 ft. x 3 ft. concrete pad; 1-inch drop pipe from top of well to pump; electrical controls; electrical cable from controls to submersible motor; plumbing from top of well to pressure tank; sales tax.  

Not included:  plumbing from pressure tank to home (or other destinations); electrical cable from power source to controls220 volt, 30-amp, breaker-protected power source; enclosure for the pressure tank, controls and exposed plumbing and wiring.

Pumps and motors sized to produce approximately 10 g.p.m. under pressure.

Installation to be completed within approximately 90 days after we receive the executed contract and down payment.

Guaranteed for one year for normal single-family residential use.  However, you will be responsible for any loss caused by abuse, theft, vandalism or weather.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend this offer at any time.

* Payments for pump, motor and pressure system are in addtion to payments for land (and other improvements, if any).
   Example (prices will vary, depending upon price of your land and depth of your well):
      land purchase = $500 down, $230/mo.
      well, if included = $1,900 down, $55/mo.
      pump, if included = $700 down, $40/mo.
      septic, if included = $500 down, $35/mo.
  Total example for land, well, pump and septic = $3,600 down, $360/mo.

If you would like to purchase land from us now, but add improvements later:  We will, within 2 years of your purchase, add any or all of these improvements at our then published prices and terms.  Please ask us for this option at time of your purchase.
