credit to our bank account).

and asked to provide information as listed below. You cannot authorize
automatic monthly payments using this option.
- Required:
- The Payment Amount
is the amount you want to debit your bank account (and credit our
account). Please omit pennies.
- The Street
Number of (your) Cottage.
For example: 1234 or 5678R. This is to help us identify your payment.
- The Account Holder
Name should be as it is listed on your Bank Account.
- The Bank Routing
Number. This number is at the bottom of your checks at or
near the left side. It contains 9 digits. Please, double-check your
entry for accuracy.
- Your Bank Account
Number. This number is at the bottom of your checks
immediately to the right of the Bank Routing Number. The number of
digits varies from bank to bank, and often contains 10 or more digits.

double-check your entry for accuracy.
- The Terms of
Service box must be checked indicating that you agree with
the terms described there.
- Not Required:
- Phone Number may
be used to contact you if there is a question and we cannot reach you
by
email.
- Email Address
will
be used to send you a GENERIC email confirming your payment, if wanted.
If we wish to contact you by email, we will normally use the
email address we have in our records for you, if different.
